On August 10, 2023, an opening press conference was held under project BGLD-1.007-0040 “Support for Providing Employment, Social and Professional Integration of People with Disabilities in Ivanovo Municipality”. To date, motivational training has been carried out for the individuals from the target group with a focus on promoting their participation in the labor market and creating skills for successfully coping with the workplace and/or adapting to working conditions when they are included in employment, as well as training on key competence 4 "Digital competence", which provided an opportunity to those trained by the target group for future realization on the labor market. In view of the development of information and communication technologies and the increase in the volume of information available on the Internet, there is a need to possess specific knowledge and skills for working with the existing technological infrastructure. Seven people with disabilities with the right to work were provided with employment for a period of 12 months in the Municipality of Ivanovo. Another important part of the project is organizing round tables and holding trainings for employers. The duration of the project is until April 30, 2024.
