The activities for Roma inclusion and empowerment implemented in Bulgaria under the EEA and Norway Grants were presented during the 86th International Fair in Thessaloniki. This happened during a forum hosted by the Greek Ministry of Development and Investments.

Representatives from the Bulgarian National Focal Point had a meeting with the Secretary General for Social Solidarity and Poverty Fight Georgios Stamatis and with the Head of the National Focal Point of Greece Ms. Anastasia Panopolu. The event was held in the office of the unit that supports Roma inclusion and empowerment where current challenges were discussed. Activists from the Association of Roma women in Dendropotamus shared stories from their everyday battle for improved living conditions and decent life of marginalised groups in Greece. A visit was organised to the day center for children "Light of the world"

The representatives of the Bulgarian National Focal Point had a presentation on the projects and initiatives that target the problems of vulnerable Roma communities, aiming to improve their life, followed by a discussion on the challenges the units in both countries face in their work.
