On May 11, 2023, a press conference was held in the municipality of Valchi dol on the project "INNOVATIVE COOPERATION for improved business development and employability in the municipality of Valchi dol"
The main goal of the project is to promote cooperation between the local government, the state administration in the form of the Labor Bureau Directorate, educational institutions and employers in the municipality of Valchi dol. The project will create prerequisites for improving professional qualifications and stimulate economic activity by developing, testing in a real environment and validating innovative tools for business development and employment in the region. The beneficiary Agenda EOOD in partnership with the Icelandic organization EINURD are joining efforts to develop and implement innovative approaches to stimulate employment and business in Valchi dol municipality. A Cooperation Center will be established, through which effective conditions will be created for hiring, training and realization of job seekers.
A Charter for local quadripartite cooperation will be developed, defining rights, responsibilities, ethical principles and work rules, providing additional opportunities to promote vocational education in the region. As part of the project activities, two jobs will be created. At the launch of the project, representatives of EINURD will visit Valchi Dol and introduce to the relevant organizations the best practices in establishing community councils, cooperation centers, business training and support, internship training and apprenticeships in Iceland. Two information events will be organized - jointly for job seekers and job offerers, and six training modules for employers.
The total value of the project is BGN 198,853.48, and the final date for implementation is April 30, 2023.
