- Empowering Roma communities, including Roma women and youth, to actively participate in decision-making processes affecting their lives. The main goal of the activity is to apply opportunities for the formation of such people in the local community, who are interested and empathetic to what is happening in their community, people with their own vision and shared vision for the future of their community, with a sense of responsibility, self-confidence and faith in others, which gives them the attitude to unite and cooperate in the name of common goals. The presence of such people in the Roma community is the best basis for the formation of an active community.
- Opposition to all forms of discrimination and negative attitudes against the Roma population. Trainings and seminars for representatives of institutions and local communities to get acquainted with the concepts of discrimination and hate speech, to recognize such manifestations and the opportunities to react and combat them, information campaigns aimed at representatives of the majority and minorities to prevent and oppose hate speech, radicalization and extremism, including on social media;
