The fourth remote e-learning of the National Institute of Justice was organized under the project “Preventing and Combating Violence against Women and Domestic Violence” of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021.

The one-month training course focused on the recognition, proof, qualification and individualisation of responsibility in criminal acts of sexual exploitation and the problems of integrating relevant international and European legal standards.

The training was successfully completed by 47 judges and prosecutors from district and regional level, investigators and investigating police officers, and the feedback received from the trainees confirms the high level of satisfaction with their participation in the training.
