Government agents from the Directorate of Legal Representation of the Republic of Bulgaria before the European Court of Human Rights were trained in the Netherlands under a project of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism (NFM).
Maria Dimitrova and Irina Nedyalkova took part in a summer school on human rights, organized by the University of Leiden in The Hague within the project “Enhancing the National Capacity for the Effective Implementation of the European Court of Human Rights”, Justice Programme, NFM 2014 - 2021.
The one-week training focused on “Sexual orientation and gender identity in international law”.
