Second working meeting of the expert group under Activity 2.6 "Development of a training program for management staff of the General Directorate "Execution of sentences" and prisons under the project "Increasing the capacity of prison staff, building a pilot prison connected to a training centre for improving the rehabilitation of prisoners"
The result: a framework for the training program for the management staff of GDES and prisons, which, after approval by the Norwegian partners, will be an integral part of the organizational strategy for staff training.
