New mobile app for alerts against Ministry of Interior officers provides a quick, easily and secure reporting of misconduct, irregularities or corruption. It builds on existing reporting channels - on the website: www.mvr.bg/nocorr and by phone. +359 2 982 2222.
With the mobile app, you can attach audio and video files, as well as provide quick access to the page and phone line. The app is called "Corruption Alerts - Ministry of Interior" and was developed under the project "Prevention and Counteraction to Corruption", funded by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021.
Since the beginning of the year, the Internal Security Directorate has received around 400 reports against Ministry of Interior officials. Each of them is analyzed and verified.
