On 9 May 2023 from 2:00 p.m. Kavarna Municipality will hold an opening press-conference for BGENVIRONMENT-4.004-0010 “Black Sea E-mobility” project, financed under the Environment Protection and Climate Change Programme of the EEA FM 2014-2021.
The project will be implemented in partnership with the Municipalities of Byala, Dulgopol, Dolni Chiflik, Nesebar, Primorsko, alongside with the Union of Bulgarian Black Sea Local Authorities (UBBSLA) and the Norwegian company for research and innovations- Smart Innovation Norway AS.
At this press-conference the project objectives and activities will be presented, aimed at the preparation and support of the 6 participating municipalities to take a new strategic step towards the implementation of up-to-date knowledge and experience in the field of climate action.
For this purpose, the implementation of an innovative, demonstration model on the territory of the partner municipalities is envisaged, including the construction of the "Black Sea Corridor for Electromobility", which is aimed at climate change mitigation and adaptation.
