The matchmaking event planned for Outcome 3 "Awareness of arts and culture of ethnic and cultural minorities improved (Roma focus)" is canceled due to the busy schedule of the Norwegian partner of the Programme Operator – Arts Council Norway.

Potential applicants can continue to use the partner search forms for partners from Norway and Liechtenstein available on the Programme website (https://www.eeagrants.bg/programi/kultura/dokumenti). The completed search forms for Norwegian partners should be sent to the Programme Operator at the e-mail address: pa14culture@mc.government.bg, while the search forms for partners from Liechtenstein, the applicants can send directly to the coordinator from Liechtenstein at the e-mail address provided in the form.

The main goals of Outcome 3 are to promote cultural initiatives of ethnic and cultural minorities (with a focus on Roma) and to attract new audiences, including in remote areas and/or areas with poor access; to involve the majority and minority groups (with a focus on Roma) in cultural projects and to improve their access to culture and arts; to improve the situation of the Roma population in Bulgaria, using culture and art as means of developing skills/capacity and/or as a path to education.

Eligible applicants are any non-commercial entities, public or private, as well as non-governmental organizations, established as a legal person in Bulgaria, whose principal activity is in the cultural and creative sectors as defined in Regulation (EU) No 1295/2013 on the Creative Europe Programme, including municipalities.

Projects worth a total of € 1,300,000 will be supported, with a maximum and minimum of € 75,000 and € 25,000 per project respectively.
