The greatest number of project proposals - 141 – is for Thematic Priority No. 1: Strengthened democratic culture and civic awareness. The value of the submitted project proposals amounts to EUR 16 558 845. The indicative budget for this priority amounts to EUR 2 400 000.
For Thematic Priority No. 2: Increased support for human rights 49 project proposals were submitted amounting to EUR 5 559 569 with indicative budget of EUR 1 600 000.
98 are the project proposals submitted for Thematic Priority No. 3: Vulnerable groups are empowered. Their total value is EUR 11 464 373 while the indicative budget is EUR 1 100 000.
The number of the project proposals submitted for Thematic Priority No. 4: CSOs actively address gender equality and gender based violence is 12 and their value EUR 1 399 301. The indicative budget for this priority amounts to EUR 500 000.
37 are the project proposals submitted for Thematic Priority No. 5: Increased civic engagement in environmental protection/climate change. Their total value is EUR 3 985 168. The indicative budget for this priority amounts to EUR 500 000.
Thematic Priority No. 6: Enhanced capacity and sustainability of the civil society sector including CSOshas 27 submitted project proposals amounting to EUR 3 051 864 with indicative budget of EUR 600 000.
The total amount of the funding sought for the projects submitted for all thematic priorities is EUR 42 019 120. The indicative budget for the First Call For Strategic Projects amounts to EUR 6 700 000.
530 civic organizations registered in the Electronic Proposal Submission System (EPSS) to participate in the calls of Active Citizens Fund Bulgaria. The Fund Operator is reminding the applicant organizations to check their EPSS profiles regularly, where they will receive updates on the status of their projects.
