The Financial Mechanism Office has published the so called "Blue Book" with the priority fields for financing under the new programming period of the EEA & Norway Grants 2014 - 2021. The book will serve as a basis for the negotiations with the beneficiary states in order to come up with the areas that are to be supported and laid down in the memoranda of understanding.
